SHIPPING INFORMATION

Once your online transaction has been completed your order will be confirmed by email within 24 hours. The goods will be prepared for delivery and shipped within 48 hours, with the exception of orders placed at the weekend which will be shipped the next working day. Once the order has been dispatched, an email will be sent notifying you of this. If, for some reason, your order cannot be met or delivered within the specified time, we will contact you immediately to make alternate arrangements.

DENISSE CARBÓ is located in Madrid - Spain and uses Correos to send all of its international orders via Certified Mail.

For all deliveries within Spain and Portugal (up to 2 KG), we offer free next-day shipping through private carrier MRW.

We are not accountable for any duty or customs charges that may occur in your packages shipment or responsible for lost or stolen items. If you have any questions or queries, or if you would like to pay for private carrier (DHL, FedEX, UPS) and receive your item faster please contact us via email to orders@denissecarbo.com.

PAYMENT 

denissecarbo.com accepts all major debit and credit cards via direct payment gateway StripeWe also accept payment via Paypal. Paypal accepts all major credit cards even if you don't have a Paypal account. You will briefly leave this site while you pay for your order at Paypal. Then you will be brought back to this site after payment. 

We now accept payment via Apple Pay as well. Shoppers can pay with Apple Pay whilst visiting our store using Safari on the Mac, iPhone or iPad.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your order, items may be returned or exchanged within 1 week of receipt. Before returning your item, please contact us first via email to orders@denissecarbo.com with your order information.

Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were sent to you. We do not accept items that have been damaged by the client.

Please return your order with an insured trackable courier and retain your receipt. DENISSE CARBÓ is not held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number and once we receive your return, you will be credited for the merchandise amount. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items. Please mark 'Return' on your customs label.
